Our vinegar is made using only the certified organic apples grown on our farm. The juice is naturally fermented, allowing all the indigenous yeasts and bacterias to ferment the apple juice into a delicious vinegar. Our vinegar is unfiltered, raw and contains the 'mother' . We have chosen to sell our vinegar in a dark brown glass bottle to protect it from light.
