Our Farm
Bordering a pristine nature reserve, our 100-hectare farm is home to diverse flora and fauna, where rockwood and wild olive trees grow among rocky outcrops, and wildlife like leopards and bok roam at dawn. A newly planted nature strip with fodder trees supports our expanding herd, reinforcing our commitment to holistic and sustainable farming.
We embrace diversity over monoculture, pursuing innovative agricultural projects that align with our respect for the land. Our farm is fully organic and Biodynamic, continuously evolving through nature-led practices. Our established apple and pear orchards supply fresh fruit and cold-pressed juice to local markets, and the annual Apple Harvest Festival is a cherished community tradition.
A recent addition to the farm is our truffle orchard—an exciting long-term endeavor. Our Braunvieh dairy herd has grown from five to nine cows, shaping pastures as they graze. In partnership with Cream of the Crop, our dairy produces high-quality milk, butter, and cheese. This year, we are planting our first vineyard with Chenin Blanc and Grenache Blanc, further enriching our diverse landscape.s, or welcome customers to your store.
