This is one of our most favourite products, not from the farm. We source our sea salt directly from the untouched pristine salt pans on the West Coast. The salt is coarse, unwashed, hand harvested and loaded with trace minerals. We use this salt in all our dairy products and love it for its flavour, texture and regionality to our farm. We even give it to our cows!
