Made in the authentic Cypriot style, except we use cows milk instead of sheep or goat. Each piece of halloumi is hand shaped and folded over fresh mint leaves grown on our farm. Halloumi is delicious grilled in a pan with olive oil or even baked in the oven and finished off with a drizzle of honey and a squeeze of lemon juice.
