Our set yoghurt is strained through a cloth for up to 48 hours removing all the whey naturally without stabilisers and thickeners. This gives the remaining yoghurt curds a delicious and luxurious flavour and texture. The perfect start to the day topped with your favourite berries and granola, or used in a smoothie. We love it at the end of a meal, served with roasted almonds and a drizzle of honey.
